INCoDe.2030 – Capacitação Digital

A Coordenadora-Geral do INCoDe.2030, Luisa Ribeiro Lopes, convida a participar, no próximo dia 27 de maio, entre as 9h00 e as 13h00, no evento de lançamento do Roteiro INCoDe.2030 – Capacitação Digital, que contará com a presença do Secretário de Estado da Digitalização e da Modernização Administrativa, Mário Campolargo.

O evento conta com o apoio da Câmara Municipal de Sines e terá lugar no Auditório do Centro de Artes de Sines, com transmissão online e em direto no site do INCoDe.2030.

O Roteiro tem como principal objetivo contribuir, a nível nacional, para a promoção e capacitação das competências digitais da população portuguesa em toda a sua diversidade, e, entre outras atividades, inclui um roadshow que percorrerá 25 locais de todo o país, focado uma multiplicidade de temas, que vão desde a economia digital, à igualdade de género ou à inovação.

Esta primeira sessão do roadshow será dedicada ao tema da cibersegurança, e contará com o contributo de iniciativas locais, mas também de projetos emblemáticos que promovem a capacitação digital em Portugal, e que contam com o apoio do INCoDe.2030.

Gaia-X Data Exchange Services

Gaia-X's mission to foster data exchanges is articulated around the following needs:

  •  Identity & Attributes: A shared identity schema and vocabulary for attributes-based access.  
  • Data protocols:  A common set of protocols and data formats, including Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP).
  • Policies negotiation: A standard set of Domain Specific Language (DSL) to compute access rights and usage policies.
  • Traceability: Means to store and trace the negotiation results with the capacity to log intermediate realisations
  • Discoverability: A means to search and find datasets based on queries and filtering.

Visual thinking is not exclusive to graphic designers, painters, musicians, but is much more broad. It includes resourcefulness, problem solving, seeing an old problem from a new angle.

Data Week 2022

Data Week is the spring gathering of the European Big Data and Data Driven AI research and innovation communities. In Data Week, the participants share knowledge and results, discuss topics of common interest, find synergies, build new collaborations and identify new challenges and recommendations.

Data Week has sessions, workshops and panels delivered by organizations throughout Europe. It links the communities to the European policies and market needs and brings European initiatives and activities closer to local actors.

During the Data Week, the DSBA community gets an opportunity to get to know the BDVA i-Spaces in the local events organised by the hubs. We are also excited to invite you to join us on our main event days, held on-site in Naples, Italy, on the 8th and 9th of June!

OSOR webinar| Public Procurement of Open Source Software

In light of the upcoming publication of the update of the European Commission Guidelines on Public Procurement of Open Source Software, the OSOR team is delighted to invite you to our webinar “Public Procurement of Open Source Software”. The webinar will be an opportunity for the OSOR community to share insights and good practices on the purchase of OSS by public administrations, which will contribute to the new version of the Guidelines.

Johan Linåker, researcher at Lund University (Sweden), and Rasmus Frey, Head of Secretariat at OS2 (Denmark), will present the challenges that public administrations face when purchasing open source software and how to overcome them, as well as practical examples of how municipalities procure solutions in Denmark. Then, Patrice-Emmanuel Schmitz, a legal expert and one of the authors of the original Guidelines on Public Procurement of Open Source Software, will present the most common legal and licensing requirements and practices.
